1874 & 1877 Sharps

To satisfy the request of our customers and shooters, some years ago, we started a project for the production of one of the most famous rifles of the American Civil War era. The range of rifles includes all the most significant versions among the paper cartridge and the metal cartridge models. For all models we have used the best materials and latest techniques, so to ensure a top quality product. The most important parts are machined from forged metals for maximum durability and strength and the deep rifling is broached and ensures excellent results in long distance shooting. All the models are drilled and tapped to install the Creedmoor sights and the front tunnel sights with interchangeable inserts, except for the military models. Among the Sharps 1874 models you can find the Sporting model with octagonal blued barrel, adjustable front sight and double set trigger. The Infantry and Cavalry models have a fixed front sight and round barrel retained by steel bands. Infantry model has a patchbox in the stock while the Sniper model is equipped with double set trigger. All the models are equipped with graduated rear sight with sliding plate and are drilled and tapped to mount a Creedmoor sight. The Sporting model can be completed with tunnel front sight with interchangeable inserts.
